Jentry Jo Johnson

Known around campus as "VP-J," Jentry Jo Johnson brings dynamic energy, genuine heart, and an unstoppable team spirit to Herriman High School. For VP-J, administration isn't just a job—it’s about building long-lasting, game-changing relationships with students, staff, and the surrounding community.

A proud Hillcrest High alum, VP-J took her competitive drive to Southern Utah University, where she played NCAA softball while earning her degree in Athletic Training. That passion for teamwork and student success launched a dedicated career in education—first in the classroom as a CTE Health Science teacher, head softball coach, and HOSA advisor, before stepping into administration.

Off the clock, VP-J’s favorite role is Mom. Her 4-year-old son is the absolute center of her world, and she loves every second of watching him learn and explore. When she’s not supporting Herriman High, you’ll find her hitching up her trailer for camping trips, reel-fishing with her dad, traveling the globe, or enjoying well-deserved downtime with loved ones.
