Mrs. Erika Jimenez
Mrs. Erika Jimenez was born here in Utah, but moved overseas in high school due to her father’s job in the Foreign Service. She enjoyed meeting people from all over the world, traveling, experiencing new cultures & especially loved trying yummy new foods. She and her husband of 24 years have 2 daughters and 1 son. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, hiking, camping, gardening, sewing & organizing. She currently teaches Sewing 1, Sewing 2, and Sewing 3.
